I admit that I was a little worried when my arms started hurting during the warm-ups, and I nearly died during the push-ups, but overall, I made it through. My legs are a little wobbly and I admit that I'll be sore tomorrow.
But 20 minutes?! GENIUS!

OMG!!! I did this at 5:30 am today. Day One – thought I might pass out 15 minutes in. Already a little sore. Thanks for the tip – it’s also on OnDemand on Cox cable.

Thanks so much for pointing this out to me. I’m struggling with Uterine fibroid tumors and need to increase my exercise to break them down and keep them from coming back. And of course if I drop a few (40 pounds) in the bargain, so much the better. This is a perfect fit for me.

Okay, so I ordered the video from Amazon just now. It’s been sitting in my cart for like, a month. Am kind of scared. But am also tired of this 20lb. tire I carry around my waist like an swimming tube.
The shredding, it scares me. I need to do something but I am fearful. Hopefully watching you all do this will motivate me-or make me run screaming for the hills-I am hopeful for the motivation though.
The button isn’t working for me either, but with my (lack of) skillz, I doubt it’s the button.
Is it wrong that I find Jillian Michaels kind of hot?

I seriously thought I was going to die that first time. It gets less “I totally want to die right now” but so far it still ain’t easy. I’ve been doing it about a month and a half, but not every day.
Couldn’t agree more on 20 minutes being genius. That is the best motivator for this workout! Good job with the 3 lb weights throughout, you are stronger than me.
