Keeping My Head Above Water
Sorry for the lack of posting lately – my life has gotten hectic and, as I’m sure you can relate, when that happens something has to give. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view…LOL) my posts have been one of the things to slip.
But fortunately (for my sanity, at least) my working out has NOT slipped. Writing out my plan (and my goal/reward) could not have come at a better time. With all the stress that’s surrounding me, having things written out relieves me of the pressure of thinking about working out. I can turn my brain off and follow what’s written down. Pure Burn today? Yes, master. And it has the added bonus of relieving some of the stress.
But holy cow.
Anyway, I just wanted you to know I haven’t forgotten you! :) And I DO have some posts floating around that I’m working on, but if you’ve got any ideas or suggestions, make sure you let us know.
