October SHRED #16: There’s No Shame In Starting Over
I’ve posted a bunch of tips about eating a little healthier (at least as far as weight loss goes), and you know what? It’s HARD to eat correctly during this season. And by this season, I mean from when you’re born until when you die. ;) But there’s one thing you can do when things go wrong.
Start over.
Remember, everybody falls off the wagon. Does it suck? YEAH. Is it hard to get back to it? YEAH. Is it worth it?
YEAH.
So if you’ve broken into the candy, or if you ate the leftovers last night, or if you had half of your daughter’s birthday cake last week (ahem), there’s no shame in starting over. Stop what you’re doing, push your mental reset button, and you get a fresh start right now. Remember how good it feels when you’re eating correctly, and get back to it.
It’s the best thing you can do.

That is totally me. I’m trying to get back on the wagon, but it’s hard. Really hard. All I want to do is sit and eat and watch tv.
