A lot of you are experts and already have it and know the routine, but if you don’t…here’s what you’ll need*:
- 30 Day Shred DVD
- Hand weights. If you don’t have any, try soup cans. Or you can do it without when you’re first starting out.
- Workout clothes. Nothing fancy required, make sure they provide support and are comfortable.
- Shoes. Unless you’ve got experience working out barefoot, use shoes at the beginning for the support (and traction).
- Space in front of the TV. Watch ceiling heights!
Anything past that is really just a plus (and probably unnecessary, since I can’t think of anything else).
So I’ll be doing it along with you, posting as I go. It’s going to be tough doing it for all 30 days because of my riding, but I’m going to attempt to do it even on my riding days. Expect some extra incoherent posts on those days. :)
