An early day of Shred today – I started just before 6am and while that used to be my normal time, boy is it tough to get back into that habit!
The good news is that I made it, and my body is beginning to adapt to the pushups. A little bit, at least. Oh, I know I haven’t gotten that much stronger (yet), but my muscles are sort of remembering how to do pushups. My form is still wobbly, and my arms still feel like they’re going to fall off after the first set, but I can tell it’s a tiny bit better.
And that tiny bit of improvement is so important, because it’s what makes me keep going.
