So that’s the old saying, right? ”I’ve never regretted doing a workout once I’ve finished,” or something like that.
Well that doesn’t mean I don’t hate every minute of actually doing it. LOL I’m switching to morning (pre-6) Shred now just to get it done, and man does it suck. I feel like I’m 81 instead of 41 in the mornings – everything is stiff (heh), it’s twice as hard (the workout, you perv), and even stretching is more difficult.
BUT, once I’m done at least I’ve got the rest of the day. The only problem is the eating. I sort of feel like I’ve earned eating, and once I get going the snacking sort of snowballs. Gotta watch that.
