Well, I got enough sleep last night but woke up feeling yucky…I’m suspecting it was the ice cream, even though there wasn’t that much. I’ve suspected before that eating sugar late in the day makes me feel kind of hung over the next morning. It wore off pretty quickly, though, and I managed to come somewhat close to my old pushup numbers.
But why the heck did Jillian make the 2 hardest (for me) strength exercises come in set 1 of Level 1, and then the hardest ab workout come at the end of set 3 in Level 1? It’s bookended by pain, I tell you!
