This week was better than the previous few weeks as far as exercise and diet go. However, when you only workout once, it’s hard not to improve. I mean, I could get worse but that would be beyond lame.
I did spend some time on the treadmill and really had to listen to my body. ...

Trying to keep it going
My post last week wasn’t quite enough to kick myself in the ass and get moving. I had the best intentions but it didn’t work out at all. But two things happened to me in the past couple of days that may have given me the nudge that I need.
First, I read Karen Sugarpants post...

Tips for Running while Pregnant
This weekend I ran my first 5K as a pregnant person.
Okay, so I ran the Disney Princess Half Marathon at 9 weeks pregnant, but let’s just say 12 weeks makes a huge difference. Since running that race, I took time off and just did the 30 Day Shred.
And so it’s only been a few...

Exercise and Pregnancy, Where to Start
If you haven’t been exercising before you got pregnant, this is probably not the best time to decide to run your first marathon. But being pregnant isn’t a disease and you don’t need to spend 40 weeks in a bubble. Assuming that you have the OK from your doctor and everything is going well,...

I’m Pregnant – Now What?
Whether this is your first pregnancy or your 4th, it seems like there are so many “rules”. Eat this. Eat that. DON’T EAT brie! Stay miles away from the alcohol. Exercise regularly. Don’t exercise if you’ve never done it before. Whole grains are your friend. Fruits...
